Grey Double roman concrete tile with insulated boards in between rafters for added warmth.
Rosemary tiles replaced with a new flat modern concrete tile, finished with dry fix verge and ridge.
Polycarbonate conservatory roof stripped and replaced with lightweight shingles allowing better temperature control throughout the changes in seasons. Skylights can be added to give you added daylight in conservatory.
Old felt roof stripped completely back to scratch, reboarded using 18mm OSB boards.
Topped using GRP fibreglass. Liquid plastics finish also available.
New build stone garage finished with insulated boards, this was in a conservation area so single pantiles
and conservation skylights required to keep tied in with a lovely local farmhouse area.
