Refund Policy

JP Roofing aims to provide high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on all projects. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may apply.

Deposits

Any deposit paid is used to secure materials, labour, and scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Completed Work

Due to the nature of roofing and construction services, refunds are not provided for completed work. However, if there is an issue with workmanship, we will make every reasonable effort to rectify the problem in line with the agreed guarantee.

Cancellations

If work is cancelled by the customer before materials are ordered or work has begun, any deposit paid may be refunded, minus any reasonable costs already incurred.

If cancellation occurs after work has started or materials have been ordered, JP Roofing reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover incurred costs.

Faulty Work or Services

If you believe work has not been carried out to a satisfactory standard, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, carry out remedial work. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved.

Weather Delays

Roofing work is subject to weather conditions. Delays caused by adverse weather do not qualify for refunds.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
