Quotations

All quotations provided by JP Roofing are free and without obligation. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if additional work is required due to unforeseen issues discovered once work has commenced. Quotes are valid for a reasonable period unless stated otherwise.

Acceptance of Work

Acceptance of a quotation may be confirmed verbally, in writing, or by email. Once accepted, a contract is formed between the customer and JP Roofing.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed prior to the commencement of work. Full payment is due upon completion of the agreed works unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in additional charges.

Cancellations

If the customer cancels work after acceptance of a quotation, JP Roofing reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred up to that point, including materials ordered or labour costs.

Variations and Additional Work

Any additional work requested or required beyond the original quotation will be discussed with the customer and agreed before proceeding. Additional costs may apply.

Access and Safety

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property for the duration of the work. JP Roofing will take all reasonable steps to ensure safety on site, but the customer must keep unauthorised persons away from the working area.

Guarantees

All work is carried out to a professional standard and is covered by a guarantee, details of which will be provided upon completion. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by extreme weather, third-party interference, or lack of maintenance.

Liability

JP Roofing will not be held liable for delays or failure to complete work caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.

Property Care

Every effort is made to protect the customer’s property during works. However, roofing work may involve unavoidable disturbance. JP Roofing will not be responsible for pre-existing defects or damage.
